Working with clients through the structures, processes, people and metrics, Catherine maintains what could be an overwhelming change process to a simple, focused progression towards desired results. Catherine specializes in family business systems, strategic planning, communication, conflict and succession planning. She has spoken widely on the topics of leadership, strategic planning and communication.

She is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Executive Coach with the Center for Executive Coaching.  She is the Chair of the Board of the Women’s Leadership Alliance (WLA), a 400-member affiliate organization of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce. She holds a B.S. in Business with a concentration in marketing, psychology and economics.
