Jane McMaster, Associate, is a specialist in focus and attention with more than twenty years experience in both the private sector and academic world. Having spent years working professionally within family corporations, Jane has a particular interest in the assessment and executive coaching of individuals where the family system and business system intersect. She knows the deep personal commitment made by members of the family running a successful business together.
With practical knowledge of executive skill functions and the way they can show up in the family business system, Jane excels in assisting individuals and families improve the way they achieve results in their work. She is uniquely skilled in the skill transference of planning, creating priorities, time management, and the ability to think comprehensively. Jane has a B.A. in English and a Master’s Degree in Education. After studying Attention Deficit Disorder at an in-depth level, she received her coaching designation from the ADD Coaching Academy. She is a Professional Member of the International Coaches Federation and a Professional Member of CHADD, an internationally recognized support organization for Children and Adults with ADD.
